一、王特
1.《Assessing the druggability of proteinprotein interactions by a supervised machine-learning method

推荐理由:
首次将机器学习算法应用于PPIs上,从数据集的构建,模型的选择,以及对特征筛选,确定最适合的模型,整套流程是PPIs数据经典处理方式。
2.《KFC2: A knowledgebased hot spot prediction method based on interface solvation, atomic density, and plasticity features》
推荐理由:
对hot spot预测的文章,即是一片计算方法的文章,也可以看作是一篇综述性文章,在文章中,作者将KFC系列算法,与其他预测hot spot算法进行了详细比对。
3.《Small molecule inhibitor star-ting points learned from protein–protein interaction inhibitor structure》
推荐理由:
新的设计思路,把“ 酶天然配体”思想,带入到PPIs可药性预测中,提出“SMISP”这一新概念,丰富了PPIs可药性方法,使计算方法在生物学方面更有说服力。
二、王建华
1.《Variance Shadow Maps (Willia-m Donnelly, Andrew Lauritzen》
内容:This paper introduces variance shadow maps,a new real time shadowing algorithm.Instead of storing a single depth value, we store the mean and mean squared of a distribution of depths, from which we can efficiently compute the variance over any filter region.
特点:用概率的手段解决图形学中的硬阴影问题。
2.《Variance Soft Shadow Mapping(Baoguang, Yang, Zhao Dong, Jieqing Feng, Hans-Peter Seide, Jan Kautz)》
内容:VSSM is based on the the-oretical framework of percentage closer soft shadows(PCSS) and exploits recent advances in variance shadow mapping (VSM).
特点:用VSM中的思想解决软阴影问题
3.《Screen-Space Percentage Closer Soft Shadows(Mahdi MohammadBagher, Jan Kautz, Nicolas Holzschuch, Cyril Soler)》
内容:This algorithm is faster than traditional soft shadows based on percentage cloer filtering, while providing soft shadows of similar visual quality.
特点:优化软阴影的绘制时间。
